FACILITIES
The main entrance to the Ballarat Squash and Racquetball Centre (BSRC) is wheelchair-accessible and leads into the foyer, past the office and recently-renovated change-rooms. The fully-equipped gymnasium is directly in front of you and after a dog-leg, a single corridor provides access to the remainder of the facility, including 10 World Squash Federation (WSF)-compliant competition courts and 1 WSF-compliant show-court.
The entire facility features a split-level design with the second level designed to accommodate spectators with the show-court gallery capable of comfortably seating over 100. The centre is fully-licensed and sports a large open-plan club room with bar and kitchen facilities.

GYM
Our fully equipped gym is perfect for all fitness levels and includes: a treadmill, bike, rowing machine, free weights and dumbbells, leg press, lateral pulldown, chest machine, bench press, leg extension, hamstring curl and abdominal machine.

We offer a range of membership options for those looking to attend regularly. Memberships include a tailored program to suit your individual fitness goals which are developed by our qualified personal trainers (more information on them below). Casual options are also available.

PERSONAL TRAINERS
Speak to our personal trainers and develop session plans to suit your fitness goals. Whether it be weight loss, strength and conditioning training or your just needing the extra motivation our personal trainers have your needs covered. Get the most out of your training with personalised sessions designed just for you.
Personal training is suitable for all fitness levels from a beginner to an elite athlete and our trainers take your needs into consideration. Speak with your training if you would like personal training in our gym or at an offsite location.
COACHES
We have many options for coaching. Come along to one of our free sessions on a Monday 4-5pm, Monday 6-7pm or Thursday 6-7pm and receive advice from coaches that have been playing for many years.
If one-on-one coaching is more your thing contact the staff and arrange a coach to suit your needs. Our qualified coaches are trained to teach players of all different levels and aim to make each session rewarding and fun at the same time.
COURTS
It wouldn't be your first thought but, have you considered using our courts for your next private or corporate event? They're ideal for those functions requiring space.

The Ballarat Squash and Racquetball Fitness Centre is one of the largest Squash and Racquetball facilities in the country boasting 11 World Squash Federation-compliant courts in total, including four courts developed and installed by Sarah Fitz-Gerald and her experienced team at CourtTech.

SHOW COURT
Court Seven, otherwise known as our show court, features a World Squash Federation-compliant court with lower and upper gallery. The combined capacity of the galleries is more than 100 people.

The court features a separate entry point, several adjoining rooms of varying sizes and can be segregated from the rest of the facility if required. It is the ideal set up for your showcase event.

CLUB ROOMS
Our club rooms are available for hire and are suited for any occasion from birthday parties to meetings. With a fully stocked bar and kitchen facilities available, you have everything you need to host your next event. The club rooms come equipped with a public address system and can be fit out with separate pool table and table tennis table to add to the atmosphere of your special occasion.
