Phone System Change-over Complete
Our phone system change-over is now complete! As of next Monday 24th of May, the landlines will no longer be active. Please do not call the landline (5339 1281) as the number will be disconnected.
The mobile 0448 410 845 will be your only contact for the centre. If the mobile is engaged or on another call, please leave a message or leave an SMS message and the staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser
We have gained another opportunity to partner with Bunnings to fundraise for the club!
When: Sunday 4th of July 2021
Where: Bunnings Ballarat: 306-312 Creswick Road, Ballarat Central VIC 3350
Time: 9am-4pm
Sign up sheets located in club lounge!
BSRA will need all hands on deck to make for a successful fundraiser. If you can spare a couple of hours please sign up or see the committee.
Pennant Formats
There has been some confusion with scoring. If you are unsure of the format, please see staff. Alternatively, head to our website for further clarification.

Court Allocations/Scoresheets
It has been reported some members are not abiding by the court allocations. The staff allocate courts to ensure all courts are being shared equally among all members. Please ensure you are sticking to your allocated court. If you have a problem with your allocated court, please see the staff member on duty.
A reminder to please return your scoresheets to the office at the end
of play, so staff can enter in results and ensure accuracy.
COVID-19 Audit
On Monday 15th of May, our centre was audited by a team of Covid-19 representatives from the Victorian Government. BSRA passed the audit, however it is worth reminding members to please ensure you sign in on arrival, maintain social distancing where possible and do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
There is hand sanitiser around the centre and plenty of wipes available to sanitise the courts. Together, we're staying safe, so we can stay open!
