In accordance with 8.1 of the Constitution, notice is
given that the Board of Directors has called for the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Ballarat Squash and Racquetball Association Inc.
The meeting is to be held at the clubrooms of the Ballarat Squash and Racquetball Centre, 106 Dowling Street, Wendouree, Vic, 3355 on Thursday, November 25, 2021. The meeting is to commence promptly at 18:30 Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
An agenda and relevant documents for the AGM will be published prior to November 11, 2021.
